Janeen McBath co-pastors Calvary Revival Church in Norfolk, VA with her husband, Bishop B. Courtney McBath. After eight years with the state of Tennessee working with juvenile delinquent girls and investigating child abuse cases, Nancy Alcorn realized the inadequacy of the government to transform lives. In 1983, Nancy founded Mercy Multiplied, a nonprofit Christian organization dedicated to helping young women break free from life-controlling issues, including eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, unplanned pregnancy, depression, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking.
Today, Mercy Multiplied serves young women in locations across the nation and around the world and reaches thousands through its outreach resources and events. An accomplished author and speaker, Nancy travels extensively, sharing the mission and work of Mercy Multiplied and empowering audiences with practical applications of biblical truth to walk in life-long freedom. Nancy resides in Nashville, Tennessee, the home of Mercy Multiplied’s national headquarters.
Evangelist Dr. Susie C. Owens is a native Texan and a product of the Boston Public School System. She is a graduate of Bethel Bible Institute, where she earned an Associate of Arts degree in New Testament Studies in 1970. Understanding her call to teach, she pursued the field of education, graduating from Brooks College in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. In May of 1999, she received a Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies from Howard University School of Divinity. In June of 2013, she received her doctoral degree in African American Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. She has been in the ministry for over forty years, during which time her gift and calling has made room for her, allowing her to minister on a global platform, as she has traveled extensively throughout the United States, as well as abroad.
Her unique presentation of the gospel has enabled her to minister to many denominations, organizations, and institutions, and as a result, she is a much sought after preacher, teacher, leader, coach, and counselor. It has been her privilege to serve at countless retreats, conferences, seminars, services, symposiums, conventions, political platforms and more. Whether ministering to small gatherings or to tens of thousands, her response to the call mandated over her life is a resounding yes. The trademark of her ministry remains to be the constant conveyance of the message of Jesus Christ, which she consistently delivers with clarity, power, and anointing under the auspices of the Holy Spirit.
She is the wife of Archbishop Alfred A. Owens, Jr., D. Min., who is the pastor of Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church in Washington, D.C.; a progressive, inner-city church with an adult membership of more than 7,000. Dr. Owens serves alongside her husband in ministry as the Co-Pastor and as the International First Lady of Mt. Calvary Holy Church of America, Inc. She is the author of three books; Unless Two Agree, Memorable Moments and Soaring Above The Ceiling. In her spare time, she enjoys the theater and reading. Finally, she is the proud mother of two children, Alfred Thomas and Kristel Moneek and grandmother of seven Nathan, Darian, Nicholas, William, Kaiden, Kiyson and Karter and one granddaughter Kieress.

By the age of 19, determined to use her mother’s drive, her potential for excellence and her gift of intelligence to set a new standard, she landed her first corporate job as a Foreign Currency Teller at BayBank, acquired by Fleet then merged into Bank of America. Mona operated her jewelry store for two years and it was in its New England location that served as the impetus which caused Pastor Matthew K. Thompson and her to meet, develop a friendship and marry in July 1996.
Shortly after getting married she closed her business having already joined then called New Covenant Christian Center, now Jubilee Christian Church and continued working on her passion, R.I.S.E for girls ages 6-14; while holding various other leadership roles in the church. In 2015, Mona released her new book entitled, ‘I Will Rise’. In the book, Mona offers girls and women tools to help them grow their self-esteem. She speaks directly to women and girls offering inspiration, guidance and a daily pledge encouraging readers to RISE into their greatness. Mona completed her Associate of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching at Quincy College. In addition, she was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Bridgewater State University.

Over 5 years ago she and her husband founded COOL, a brand marketing house that builds brands with beautiful design and engaging digital content. COOL is an acronym for Create Out Of Love because clients are not a transaction to them. They treat all of their projects like divine assignments and are eager to show the love of Christ in the process. This work ethic has also brought them many accolades including Addy Award (8xs), P&G AG Lafley Design Award, 40 under 40, Urban League Service Awards and she is a Goldman Sachs 10K Business Alumni.

Keisha N. Allen is a sought-after national speaker on topics such as youth, women and spiritual matters. She is the Chief Executive Officer of CharismaticU, LLC which is a company that helps individuals and organizations to uncover the power of their purpose through etiquette, protocol, and leadership development. She is an award-winning music writer and playwright. Keisha’s passion for making a difference in the lives of people has afforded her the opportunity to serve as a Program Director with Black Family Development, Inc. (BFDI). As a Program Director, Keisha has been able to create sustainable programs that educate and impact the way families raise their children. With a focus on academics, attendance and behavior, Keisha has been able to reach hundreds of parents thereby creating a positive shift in the lives of children, youth, and families.
Additionally, Keisha became a licensed Restorative Practices (RP) trainer with the International Institute for Restorative Practices through BFDI. Since 2014 Keisha has trained hundreds of individuals in RP with the aim to, “Develop community and to manage conflict and tensions by repairing harm and restoring relationships.” She firmly believes in the fundamental hypothesis which is, “that human beings are happier, more cooperative and productive, and more likely to make positive changes in their behavior when those in positions of authority do things with them, rather than to them or for them.” Keisha’s ability to speak, teach and write comes from her love of communication which is why she received her degree in Communications from Wayne State University. One of her favorite accomplishments to date is serving as a Catechism instructor for over twelve years teaching, “Understanding God and His Covenants”, “Presenting the Holy Spirit” and “Understanding the Master’s Voice.”

She has also received awards of honor from organizations such as Top Ladies of Distinction, Detroit Public Schools, the Spirit of Detroit Award and others. Keisha has been married for 16 years to Grammy Award winning music producer, Paul Allen. She is also the mother to a beautiful little girl, Kendall Jordan Allen. She firmly believes that her purpose is to help others discover the power of their purpose. Patrice Covington has been seen all over the globe, belting tunes with all-star Broadway casts of smash hit shows and with her own original music. She recently played the role of Squeak in Broadway's The Color Purple Revival and co-starred with superstar talents Jennifer Hudson, Heather Headley, and Danielle Brooks. She and her cast mates of The Color Purple recently became Tony Award Winners for the category Best Revival of a Musical. Patrice has also shined in Berry Gordy’s Broadway show Motown The Musical in the role Martha Reeve’s. She often mentions that her favorite show performances include performing alongside American Idol’s Ruben Studdard in the National Tour of Ain’t Misbahvin’. This all-star Ain’t Misbehavin 5 member cast was Grammy nominated for their Broadway cast recording of Ain’t Misbehavin. Patrice has also been seen as Effie in the Broadway National Tour of Dreamgirls and was a part of the Tony Award winning show, The Book of Mormon. Her dynamic presence as been seen on stages in the Bahamas, Japan, France, Turkey, and Germany. Patrice was a part of Switzerland’s renowned SEAT Music Session where she toured for six weeks performing her original music. It was a special honor especially because she was the only artist from the USA.
As a voice over artist, Patrice's voice has been heard on several radio and tv commercials advertising your favorite products and television shows. She debuted an EP produced by actor and singer Chaz Shepherd. Her music can be heard while you’re swiping your credit card in many favorite retail stores and while you wine and dine in restaurants nationwide. Her music is also featured on web-series such as Tony Clomax’s 12 Steps to Recovery and the theme song to Robert Hartwell’s Broadway Quick Change. Her single “Life Feels Good Right Now” and music video can be seen and heard nationally on several major cable networks including Centric and Magic Johnson’s Aspire TV.
